How can I reschedule my interview?

Before the AI interview:

  • You can reschedule a phone call by texting your AI recruiter that you would like to call at a different time.
  • If you scheduled a video interview at a certain time, you can can follow the links in your email to schedule for a different time. If you simply received an invitation link directly to an interview, you may conduct the interview at any time before the expiration date

For follow-up interviews:

  • You can send an SMS to your AI interviewer that you would would like to reschedule or contact the recruiter attached to your follow-up interview calendar invite if their contact information is attached.
How can I request accommodations for an interview?

You can request additional accommodations in the following ways:

  • Live on the call with your AI recruiter
  • By responding to an SMS from your AI recruiter (for phone interviews)
  • Via the email sent with your video interview link (for video interviews)
  • Within the video interview portal in the interview pre-screen form or from the video interview page
I'm having trouble hearing the interviewer

Ensure during device selection step you can hear the speaker audio. You may play an example ringtone in the speaker selection to ensure you have selected the proper audio device. You may restart the device selection and resume the interview within 2 hours of beginning the interview.

I'm having trouble selecting devices
  1. Make sure your microphone and camera permissions are enabled for your browser. You may click the help link in the device selection page for browser-specific assistance. If needed, you can always reload your browser page and restart the device selection.
  2. Make sure you select the proper camera and microphone devices in the device selection step. You can validate that the microphone and camera are working by seeing yourself the video preview and speaking into your microphone to ensure the blue circle animates with your voice.
  3. You can play a quick audio sample when selecting the speaker output device to ensure you can hear the interview.
  4. If you've completed these steps and still cannot proceed to the interview or are having audio issues during the interview, you may have more success with a different modern browser (modern Chrome and Edge are particularly well tested supported). You can always restart the interview within 2 hours of beginning if needed.
My link is expired, can I get a new link?

If your interview link has expired, you may request a re-issued interview from the the invitation email you received or the expiration warning in the interview portal.
The recruiting team will receive your request and may choose to grant a re-issued interview, in which case you will receive a follow-up email in your inbox with a new interview link.

I’m having trouble starting the interview
  • Try a different device — some older mobile devices with older browser versions may not be supported.
  • Try a different browser, some older browsers may not be supported. Modern Chrome and Edge browser versions are fully supported.
  • Make sure your microphone and camera are properly connected: You should see the blue circle animate with your voice and see yourself in the video preview during the device selection step.
Can I rejoin an interview?

Yes! You may rejoin a partially completed interview within 2 hours of completing the interview.
