Is AI recruiting biased?
There are many forms of AI which can be used in recruiting and it's important to understand any biases they have. Our founders were previously AI researchers studying how to eliminate bias in ML models. When building Tenzo, they designed our system in a way that doesn't allow it to be biased on race, gender, ethnicity, age, or any protected characteristics, while still legally and compliantly finding you the best fit candidates. All our models undergo regular in-house and outside bias audits to ensure they are fair and consistent for all applicants.
