Sheet Metal Role

We are seeking an experienced Sheet Metal Worker III to join our client. Working with the Sheet Metal Lead, you will fabricate, fit, and assemble sheet metal components using a variety of tools and machines. This role requires interpreting blueprints, planning sequences, and operating equipment such as shears, brakes, punches, notchers, and plasma cutters.

Key Responsibilities

• Read specifications and lay out, measure, and mark sheet metal
• Operate all department machinery, including plasma arc cutters and metalworking tools
• Cut, bend, punch, and form metal components
• Fit and assemble sheet metal parts into final products
• Perform quality checks and finish products to meet specifications
• Maintain and repair sheet metal work
• Track job progress in the M2M system

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 5+ years of sheet metal experience or equivalent training/apprenticeship
• Strong ability to read blueprints and use tape measures
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and time management skills
